Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to Nyvo, an AI-powered wallpaper app that creates daily personalized wallpapers from your images, prompts, references, and settings. By using Nyvo, you agree to these Terms.

Your Account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for activity under your account. You must keep your login credentials secure and notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Your Content

You may upload portraits, selfies, inspiration images, prompts, names, text, and other creative direction. You must only upload content that you own, control, or have permission to use. You may not upload another person’s likeness or private content without the rights and consent required by law.

License To Operate Nyvo

You keep your rights in your uploaded content. You grant Nyvo a limited license to host, store, process, transform, transmit, display, and use that content as needed to provide the app, generate wallpapers, sync your account, run AI processing, provide support, improve reliability, and enforce safety or legal requirements.

Subscriptions

Nyvo Pro unlocks daily wallpaper generation and premium app features. Unless the app store shows different localized terms, Nyvo may offer a monthly plan and an annual plan, including prices such as $6.99/month and $69.99/year. The exact price, currency, taxes, billing period, trial terms, renewal terms, and available plans are shown in the Google Play purchase interface or the relevant app store purchase interface before you buy.

Subscriptions are auto-renewing unless canceled through the app store before the end of the current billing period. Cancellation, renewal, refund eligibility, trials, payment disputes, and subscription management are handled by the app store where you purchased the subscription and by RevenueCat entitlement infrastructure. If you cancel a subscription purchased through Google Play, you normally keep access until the end of the current billing period unless Google Play or applicable law provides otherwise.

Nyvo is primarily a subscription product. Some screens may be visible without a subscription, but generation and premium features may require Nyvo Pro.

Daily Generation Limits

Nyvo is designed around one premium wallpaper generation per day per subscribed user unless the app explicitly offers additional generations. We may enforce generation limits, delay requests, retry failed jobs, or refuse duplicate generation where a wallpaper for the target day already exists.

Generated Content

AI-generated wallpapers, titles, descriptions, tags, and captions may be inaccurate, unexpected, imperfect, or different from your prompt. Nyvo works to create high-quality results, but we do not guarantee a specific artistic result, identity accuracy, style, composition, or availability for every generation.

If a result is offensive, unsafe, unusable, or appears to violate someone’s rights, contact support@nyvo.art with your account email and a description of the issue.

Automatic Wallpaper Apply

Automatic wallpaper apply is available only where supported by the operating system, device manufacturer, permissions, battery/background settings, network conditions, and app build. Android manufacturers may restrict background execution. Nyvo may not be able to apply wallpapers automatically on every device or every day.

You are responsible for choosing whether Nyvo may apply wallpapers to the lock screen, home screen, or both. Applying a wallpaper may replace the wallpaper currently set on your device.

Sharing And Third-Party Apps

Nyvo may let you share wallpapers and captions through your device share sheet. Third-party apps, social networks, cloud providers, app stores, AI providers, and payment processors are not controlled by Nyvo and may have their own terms and policies.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use Nyvo to create, upload, or distribute illegal, abusive, exploitative, hateful, violent, sexually exploitative, or infringing content.
• Do not impersonate another person or use someone’s likeness without permission.
• Do not attempt to bypass subscription limits, generation limits, security controls, or account ownership checks.
• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, resell, or misuse Nyvo or its APIs.
• Do not use Nyvo in a way that violates app store rules, AI provider rules, or applicable law.

Service Availability

Nyvo depends on cloud providers, app stores, AI models, storage, networking, and device-level features. The service may be interrupted, delayed, changed, or unavailable. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features as needed for reliability, safety, compliance, or business reasons.

Intellectual Property

Nyvo, the app design, website, brand, software, systems, and related materials are owned by Nyvo or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Nyvo’s software or brand materials except as allowed by law or written permission.

Disclaimers

Nyvo is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and exact AI output quality.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nyvo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, device settings, wallpaper state, or business opportunity arising from your use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, create risk for other users, or create legal, safety, or operational issues. You may stop using Nyvo at any time and request account deletion.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms as Nyvo changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
