Subscriptions
Purchases and refunds are managed by the app store where the subscription was purchased. Nyvo can help verify subscription state inside the app.
To manage or cancel a Google Play subscription, open Google Play, go to Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions, and choose Nyvo. Canceling a subscription generally keeps premium access until the end of the current billing period.
Account Deletion
Account deletion requests can be started from the Delete Account page or by emailing support@nyvo.art from the email address connected to your Nyvo account.
