Nyvo is an AI wallpaper app that creates personalized daily wallpapers from your account settings, uploaded portraits, selected inspirations, prompts, and device preferences. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how it is used to operate the app.

What We Collect
- Account information, including email address, display name, authentication identifiers, and login state.
- Profile and identity memory, including portraits, selfies, reference images, and inspiration images you upload or select.
- Creative settings, including Auto or Custom mode, prompt text, title/text preference, wallpaper target, favorites, collections, and visual preferences.
- Generated content, including wallpapers, preview images, generated titles, descriptions, tags, and generation history.
- Device and delivery data, including platform, device identifiers or push tokens, timezone, auto-apply settings, and last-applied wallpaper state.
- Subscription data from app stores and RevenueCat, such as entitlement state, product identifier, renewal status, and purchase events.
- Technical data such as logs, error messages, request metadata, and performance information used to keep the service reliable.
Data Safety Summary
Nyvo may collect or process account identifiers, email address, uploaded photos/images, user-generated prompts and creative settings, generated wallpapers, app activity, diagnostics, purchase/subscription status, device or push identifiers, timezone, and automatic wallpaper delivery settings. We use this data for app functionality, account management, personalization, AI generation, subscription management, security, fraud prevention, analytics, diagnostics, customer support, and background delivery of wallpapers where enabled.
How We Use Data
We use your data to create and display personalized wallpapers, remember your visual identity, generate daily artwork, annotate wallpapers with titles and tags, manage subscriptions, sync your account across sessions, deliver push-triggered wallpaper updates, apply wallpapers on supported Android devices, provide customer support, prevent abuse, debug failures, and improve the product.
AI Processing
To generate wallpapers and metadata, Nyvo may send prompts, portraits, inspiration images, generated images, or image URLs to AI and infrastructure providers. These providers may include image-generation services, text/vision models, cloud storage, database, analytics, and delivery services. AI outputs are probabilistic and may vary from request to request.
Portraits And Face References
Nyvo uses uploaded portraits and selfies as creative identity references for wallpaper generation. Nyvo does not use these images to create biometric templates, perform face-recognition login, identify you across unrelated services, or determine sensitive characteristics.
Service Providers
Nyvo may use service providers to operate the app and process data only for the purposes described here.
- Supabase for authentication, database, storage, edge functions, and signed image access.
- AI image-generation providers, such as Runware or configured model providers, for wallpaper creation.
- Text or vision model providers, such as OpenRouter, Gemini, or configured model providers, for titles, descriptions, tags, and captions.
- RevenueCat and Google Play Billing for subscription entitlement, purchase validation, billing status, and restore purchases.
- Firebase Cloud Messaging or platform push services for device delivery events and supported background wallpaper apply triggers.
- Expo/EAS and related infrastructure for app build, release, and operational tooling where applicable.
Storage And Security
Nyvo stores account data, uploaded images, generated wallpapers, settings, and metadata using cloud services such as Supabase and related infrastructure. We use access controls, signed URLs, authentication, and server-side checks where appropriate. No internet service can be guaranteed perfectly secure, but we design Nyvo to limit access to account-owned data.
Automatic Wallpaper Apply
On supported Android builds, Nyvo can apply wallpapers to your lock screen, home screen, or both. To do this, the app may store local settings and receive background delivery events, including push messages, so the device can fetch and apply the latest wallpaper when available. Availability depends on Android version, manufacturer background restrictions, battery settings, network availability, and user permissions.
Nyvo should only enable automatic wallpaper apply after you choose the feature in the app. Background delivery may continue while the app is closed so that the selected wallpaper can be prepared or applied where the device allows it.
Push Notifications And Device Tokens
Nyvo may use push tokens to notify your device that a generated wallpaper is ready or to trigger supported background wallpaper apply behavior. These tokens are tied to your device and account and can be refreshed or removed when you sign out, disable features, uninstall, or request account deletion.
Payments
Purchases are processed by app stores and RevenueCat. Nyvo receives subscription status and entitlement information, but we do not receive or store your full payment card details.
Sharing
If you use Nyvo sharing features, the selected wallpaper and generated caption may be passed to your device share sheet or copied locally so you can post it to other apps. Third-party apps you share to process that content under their own policies.
Retention
We keep account data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Some records may remain for a limited period for backups, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling, accounting, security, and service reliability.
Your Choices
- You can update or remove identity and inspiration images inside the app.
- You can turn automatic wallpaper apply on or off where supported.
- You can cancel subscriptions through the app store that processed the purchase.
- You can request account deletion and associated app data deletion by following the instructions on the Delete Account page.
Regional Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, including in parts of the United States, California, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and similar jurisdictions, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal data. You may also have the right to object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, and appeal a decision about your request.
Nyvo does not sell personal data. For users in jurisdictions with GDPR-style laws, Nyvo processes personal data to provide the service, manage your account and subscription, perform AI wallpaper generation requested by you, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, and pursue legitimate interests such as debugging, fraud prevention, support, and product reliability.
To exercise privacy rights, email support@nyvo.art from the email connected to your Nyvo account. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.
Children
Nyvo is not intended for children under the legal age required to use subscription and AI services in their location. Do not use Nyvo if you are not legally permitted to create an account or purchase a subscription.
International Processing
Your data may be processed in countries other than where you live, depending on the location of our cloud, AI, payment, and infrastructure providers.
Changes To This Policy
We may update this policy as Nyvo evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above and, when appropriate, through in-app or website notice.
