ACCOUNT REMOVAL
Delete Account
You can request deletion of your Nyvo account and associated app data by emailing support@nyvo.art from the email address connected to your Nyvo account.
You can also start account deletion from inside the Nyvo app by opening Settings and choosing the delete account option. The in-app deletion flow and email request flow are both intended to remove your account and associated app data.
If you cannot send from the account email, include enough information for us to verify that you control the account. We may ask for additional verification before deleting account data.
What Gets Deleted
- Your account profile and app preferences.
- Uploaded identity and inspiration images.
- Generated wallpapers, collections, favorites, and generation history.
- Device tokens used for push or automatic wallpaper delivery.
Processing Time
We aim to begin processing valid deletion requests promptly and complete them within a reasonable period. In many cases this is within 30 days, unless additional verification, technical recovery, security review, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or backup deletion cycles require more time.
What May Remain
Payment records may remain with app stores, RevenueCat, and payment processors as required for fraud prevention, accounting, tax, and legal compliance.
We may also retain limited records when needed for security, abuse prevention, dispute handling, legal obligations, or to prove that a deletion request was completed. If service providers processed your data for Nyvo, we will delete data from systems we control and request deletion from relevant providers where required and technically available.
Subscription Before Deletion
Deleting your Nyvo account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed by Google Play or another app store. Cancel your subscription through the app store subscription settings if you do not want future renewal.
How To Request
Use the delete account option in Nyvo Settings, or email support@nyvo.art with the subject “Delete my Nyvo account”.
